RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please check each product listing carefully before purchasing to confirm whether the item is a digital product or a printed physical product. Delivery method, processing time, return eligibility, file access, and shipping details may vary depending on the product.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the country where you live. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with another part of this policy, the mandatory legal right will apply.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
✓ Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link after purchase.
✓ No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.
✓ Customers may be taken to a download page immediately after completing their purchase and may also receive an email containing the download link.
✓ For larger digital collections, your purchase may include a READ ME file with a “CLICK HERE” button that leads to a Google Drive folder where you can view, choose, and download your files.
✓ Except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise, refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not available after digital files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
✓ Please review the product description, included sizes, file formats, compatibility information, and other product details carefully before completing your purchase.
✓ If you have trouble accessing, downloading, printing, or choosing the correct file size, please contact us at popsickleprints@gmail.com with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
PRINTED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
✓ Printed physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
✓ Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, production partner, and production schedule.
✓ Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We may not be able to change an address after production or shipping has started.
✓ Outside any mandatory return or withdrawal rights described below, returns and exchanges for printed products may depend on the item type, condition, and reason for the request.
✓ Some printed products may be produced only after an order is placed. However, being produced or printed to order does not by itself remove any mandatory return rights that apply to the customer.
✓ Products made specifically to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from certain cancellation or withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
✓ If your printed item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, please contact us at popsickleprints@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
✓ When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, price reduction, or another legally required resolution depending on the circumstances.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following section applies when you purchase as a consumer residing in a European Union member state.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason:
✓ At any time before the eligible physical product is delivered; or
✓ Within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the physical product.
If multiple products from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins after delivery of the final product in that order.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate a clear decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

✓ The email address used for the order
✓ The product or products you wish to return or cancel
✓ A clear statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising an eligible EU withdrawal right.
RETURNING PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the eligible product back without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision.
Please contact us before sending the product so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Do not send a return to the address printed on the original parcel or directly to a production partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Unless we agree to cover the cost or the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Please package the product carefully and use a reliable, trackable postal or delivery service. Keep your return receipt and tracking information until the matter has been resolved.
You may inspect the product in the same manner that would normally be permitted in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND THE EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the EU withdrawal period generally begins when the purchase contract is concluded.
Your right of withdrawal may end before the 14-day period expires only where all legally required conditions have been satisfied, including where:
✓ You expressly consent to the immediate supply or delivery of the digital content
✓ You expressly acknowledge that beginning the immediate supply or delivery will cause you to lose your right of withdrawal
✓ We provide confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment as required by applicable law
Where valid prior consent and acknowledgment have been obtained, the right of withdrawal ends when the supply of the digital content begins, including when the files or download access are delivered.
A statement in this policy alone does not constitute your express consent or acknowledgment.
Where the legally required conditions have not been satisfied, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights will remain available.
REFUNDS FOR EU WITHDRAWALS
When an eligible EU withdrawal is accepted, we will reimburse payments that must be refunded under applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where legally required.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive or expedited delivery method are generally not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
Refunds will be issued without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For physical products, we may withhold the refund until:
✓ We receive the returned product; or
✓ You provide evidence that the product has been sent back
Whichever occurs first, unless we have agreed to collect the product ourselves.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
You will not be charged a fee solely for receiving the refund, although payment providers and banks may have their own processing times or currency-conversion practices.
EU WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTIONS
The EU right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or transactions permitted to be excluded by law, including:
✓ Products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized
✓ Digital content whose supply has begun after the customer provided the legally required express consent and acknowledgment
✓ Other products or services specifically excluded under applicable consumer law
These exceptions do not remove any separate legal rights you may have when a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, misleadingly described, or otherwise nonconforming.
IMPORTANT NOTES
✓ Outside mandatory consumer rights, including the EU right of withdrawal described above, we do not accept returns or refunds solely for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description.
✓ Slight color differences may occur because of screen settings, printer settings, paper type, ink, print material, production method, or print provider.
✓ For digital files, final print quality depends on the printer, paper, software, and settings used.
✓ For printed physical products, the final appearance may vary slightly depending on the print material and production process.
✓ A customer’s statutory rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or nonconforming products are not limited by this policy.
