Please check each product listing carefully before purchasing to confirm whether the item is a digital product or a printed physical product. Delivery methods, processing times, and shipping details may vary depending on the product.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
✓ Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link after purchase.
✓ No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.
✓ After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with access to your digital files.
✓ For larger collections, your purchase may include a READ ME file with a “CLICK HERE” button that leads to a Google Drive folder where you can view, choose, and download your files.
✓ Please download and save your files to your device, and keep a backup copy for future use.
✓ If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at popsickleprints@gmail.com with your order number.
PRINTED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
✓ Printed physical products, when available, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
✓ Processing times may vary depending on the item, production schedule, and order volume.
✓ Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and any delays outside our control.
✓ Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once production or shipping has started.
✓ Popsickle Prints is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, postal carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
✓ If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at popsickleprints@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it with care.
