DIGITAL PRODUCTS
✓ Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link after purchase.
✓ No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.
✓ For large digital collections, your purchase may include a READ ME file with a “CLICK HERE” button that leads to a Google Drive folder where you can view and download your files.
✓ You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up your files after purchase.
✓ Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied, uploaded, or used for any commercial purpose.
PRINTED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
✓ Printed physical products, when available, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
✓ Processing times, shipping times, and return eligibility may vary depending on the product.
✓ Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
✓ We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, postal carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

✓ Payment must be completed before digital files are delivered or physical items are processed.
✓ We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at our discretion if there is an issue with availability, payment, misuse, suspected fraud, or shop policy concerns.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
✓ Digital products are final sale once purchased or delivered because they cannot be physically returned.
✓ Printed physical product returns or replacements may depend on the item type, condition, and issue reported.
